Case Study Creator helps you find and format proof. You remain the publisher. This page isn't a repeat of the Terms — it's the practical version: what the tool does, where its judgement ends, and what stays your call.

AI-assisted output can be wrong

The AI features read what you give them and can still misread context, merge two things that shouldn't be merged, soften a caveat, or phrase something more confidently than the evidence supports. Treat every draft as a first pass written by a fast assistant who wasn't in the room.

Review every claim before you publish

Nothing leaves this product on its own. Before a case study goes anywhere public, read it line by line and confirm each claim traces back to something real you can point to.

Never use the tool to invent facts

Case Study Creator is built to ask rather than assume. Don't work around that. Do not use it to invent:

  • Testimonials or quotes a client never gave.
  • Outcomes, revenue figures, percentages or other metrics.
  • Client sentiment, satisfaction or intent.
  • Causation — that your work produced a result you can't actually attribute.
  • Dates, timelines, services delivered or business details.

A gap the product flags is a question to ask your client, not a blank to fill with something plausible.

Permission is your responsibility

You need the right permissions to use a client's name, logo, quotes, screenshots, recordings, confidential information or project details. Many engagements restrict this by contract even when the relationship is friendly. Ask first, in writing where it matters.

Where full attribution isn't available, anonymise: describe the client by sector and size, keep the specifics that make the story credible, and drop the ones that identify them.

How the workflow separates fact from draft

The product keeps four things deliberately distinct:

  • Source material — the raw notes, transcripts, files and messages you uploaded. Private, unedited, always yours to check against.
  • AI suggestions — extracted facts, flagged gaps, follow-up questions and candidate story angles. Proposals, not conclusions.
  • Approved facts — what you confirmed and approved. This is the evidence the writing is allowed to draw on.
  • Published output — the finished case study you chose to share or export. This is the only layer the outside world sees.

Approval is a human step on purpose. Nothing moves from suggestion to published without you.

Not professional advice

Case Study Creator and its output are not legal, financial, compliance, medical or other professional advice. Get qualified advice when a publication touches regulated claims, confidential data, health, financial or legal subjects, or contractual restrictions you're unsure about.

No guaranteed results

A well-made case study is useful. It is not a promise. We don't guarantee that publishing one will produce sales, conversions, referrals, search rankings or any other business outcome.
